The level 3 Food and Hygiene and Safety course was challenging but genuinely useful. it goes far beyond basic food hygiene and focuses heavily on responsibilities, supervision, and understanding how food safety systems actually work in practice. overall, I can say it is a solid qualification for anyone aiming for a supervisor role in food safety.
