Asbestos Awareness Training for Architects and Designers

Asbestos Awareness Training for Architects and Designers is a course for design professionals working on existing buildings across the UK. The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and CDM 2015 place legal duties on design professionals, and overlooking them can lead to regulatory breaches, project delays and reputational harm.

Our CPD-certified asbestos awareness training for architects gives your team the confidence to spot risk early, protect workers and stay compliant with UK legislation. The course is crafted for architecture practices, construction companies and facilities management firms training their teams, as well as individual architects and designers strengthening their professional development.

Learners will go through core modules from asbestos-containing materials and hidden risks in building fabric to survey types, asbestos registers and pre-construction information, plans, specifications and tender documentation. They also gain the ability to request proper evidence, understand its boundaries, bring in qualified specialists and handle unplanned findings or scope changes.

Whether you’re seeking reliable asbestos awareness online courses for individuals or wider teams, this programme delivers flexible, self-paced learning with recognised certification. Designed by industry experts and aligned with current UK legislation, it also lets learners revisit modules anytime, with round-the-clock support whenever needed.

Not only that, a dedicated team dashboard is also available for this asbestos online training, letting managers track enrolment and monitor progress across their staff. On completion, learners receive an instant free digital certificate recognising their achievement and demonstrating compliance to clients and employers.
